Our Safety Culture
Every MII project starts with a pre-mobilisation safety briefing. Every team member on every site undergoes site-specific induction, daily toolbox talks, and regular competence assessment. Our HSE management system is continuously reviewed and improved — because when you work at sea, there is no room for compromise.
