Lima Fishery Harbour Development
Comprehensive marine construction and harbour development works for Lima Fishery Harbour in the Musandam Governorate. Masirah Island International (MII) delivered critical marine piling, quay walls, breakwater stabilization, and harbor basin works for this strategic infrastructure package commissioned by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries & Water Resources.

Bukha Fishery Harbour Strategic Consultancy
Technical engineering consultancy, site assessment, and project coordination support for the Bukha Fishery Harbour development in Musandam. Masirah Island International (MII) provided marine surveys, hydrodynamic analysis, and feasibility assessments to support maritime infrastructure expansion.

Al Hallaniyat Island Floating Dock Installation
Marine installation and subsea anchoring of a heavy-duty floating dock system at the remote Al Hallaniyat Islands. Masirah Island International (MII) managed full offshore marine logistics, towage, dive-assisted anchoring, and final structural checks in open-sea conditions.

Sohar Terminal Loading Arms Relocation
Highly technical marine engineering and precision heavy lift operations to relocate liquid loading arms at Sohar Industrial Port. Work was executed within active oil and gas terminal boundaries, requiring meticulous safety planning, diving inspections, and high-capacity marine cranes.

Raz Al Markaz Offshore Pipeline Works
Subsea pipeline installation and marine civil works within the Duqm Special Economic Zone at Raz Al Markaz. Working as a specialist contractor, Masirah Island International (MII) deployed heavy marine vessels and diving crews to perform subsea pipeline alignment, anchoring, and shore-crossing works.

Strabag Construction Equipment Marine Support
Heavy marine logistics, chartering, and offshore transport services supporting Strabag Oman's major infrastructure projects in the Duqm region. Deployed heavy cargo deck barges and landing crafts to mobilize machinery, concrete structures, and bulk materials.

As Sodha Regional Marine Transport Operations
Regional marine transport and coastal logistics connecting Salalah port with offshore resort and tourism developments. Deployed cargo vessels and tugboats to transport construction material, consumables, and heavy equipment safely across Dhofar's coastline.

TSE Offshore Outfall Pipeline Extension
Marine installation of an extended Treated Sewage Effluent (TSE) outfall pipeline in Sharjah, UAE. The project utilized floating-and-sinking methods for large-diameter HDPE pipelines, subsea anchoring, and hydrographic surveys, highlighting MII's cross-border logistics capability.

Kasab Port Survey & Design
Comprehensive hydrographic survey, engineering drawing, and design services for Khasab Port in the Musandam Governorate. Masirah Island International (MII) delivered bathymetric maps, sub-bottom profiling data, and technical design packages to facilitate terminal expansion.

Al Ghubrah III Desalination Sea Intake System
A major marine engineering package for the subsea intake system of Oman's flagship desalination facility. The work comprises extensive capital dredging, marine piling for pipe support trestles, and subsea installation of large-diameter glass-reinforced plastic (GRP) intake lines.

Qalhat LNG Cooling Water Outfall Extension
Engineering execution of a subsea industrial outfall extension for cooling water discharge at Qalhat. The project involves marine towage of pipeline strings, controlled ballast sinking, and subsea concrete block anchoring in deep offshore currents.

Kumzar Subsea Pipeline Anchor Block Installation
Highly specialized marine installation requiring the precise placement of 80-tonne concrete anchor structures to secure a subsea water supply pipeline in the turbulent tidal straits of Kumzar, Musandam.

Port Rashid Quay Wall & Harbour Infrastructure
Rehabilitation and reinforcement of harbor quay walls and sheet piling installations at Port Rashid, Dubai. Delivered in coordination with master port operations to enhance deep-water berthing capacities.

Salalah Plant Subsea Outfall & Seawater Intake
Offshore marine civil maintenance and pipeline installation works for the intake and discharge outfalls of the Salalah Independent Water and Power Project, ensuring consistent cooling water circulation.

Barka Desalination Offshore Intake Infrastructure
Subsea trench excavation, pipeline installation, and offshore intake head construction for the Barka IWP. The project involved laying GRP pipelines and constructing rock armour protection around the marine structures.

Barr Al Hikman Coastal Environmental Survey
Comprehensive hydrographic, environmental, and seabed bathymetry surveys in the ecologically sensitive coastal shallows of Barr Al Hikman, mapping marine topography to support national planning.

Port Sultan Qaboos Underwater Maintenance
Ongoing subsea inspections, hull cleaning, and commercial diving services at Muscat's historic Port Sultan Qaboos. Operations support vessel husbandry, cruise ship arrivals, and harbor structural surveys.

Gulf of Oman Single Point Mooring (SPM) Maintenance
Technical subsea dive operations to support Single Point Mooring (SPM) terminals off Fahal Island. Works include anchor chain tensioning, subsea hose replacement, and structural integrity monitoring for oil export facilities.
The Al Humaidi Legacy (2000–2008)
These legacy projects were completed under the founding leadership of Sultan Muhammad Al Humaidi — the visionary who built Oman's marine heritage from the shores of Masirah Island since 1970. Morally, these achievements form the bedrock of MII's modern capability.
Al Ghubrah Desalination Plant — Marine Pipeline Works
Installation, alignment, and subsea anchoring of seawater intake and outfall pipelines for the Al Ghubrah Desalination Plant. Completed under the founding leadership of Sultan Muhammad Al Humaidi, establishing early marine engineering standards in Muscat.
Almouj Marina — VIP Berth Dredging & Piling
Precision seabed dredging and marine piling for the VIP berthing structures at Almouj Marina, Muscat. This project required careful excavation and piling within active luxury harbor zones, completed under the founding leadership of Sultan Muhammad Al Humaidi.
Port of Duqm — Bathymetric Monitoring Programme
Annual multibeam bathymetric survey campaigns tracking seabed sedimentation, channel depth compliance, and structural erosion at the Port of Duqm. Executed under the founding leadership of Sultan Muhammad Al Humaidi.
